wikisrc is in its own repository, by design. We need to arrange for it, like the main repository, to be pushed to anoncvs.

spz says:

• anoncvs should pull instead, due to the trust hierarchy of TNF's servers
• we'll need to prevent simultaneous rsyncs from stepping on each other's toes
• we'll need to massage CVSROOT so wikisrc looks like any other anoncvs module
